Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Newsletter Success Kit is a free tool run by Charlie Page (charliepage.com). By using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

The tool suggests newsletter niches, plans three issues, and drafts a welcome email. It is free. There is nothing to buy here.

AI-generated content

All results are written by artificial intelligence. They may be wrong, incomplete, or similar to text made for other people. Treat them as a starting draft. Review and edit everything before you publish. You are responsible for what you send to your readers.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you type in and to the results you get. Do not enter private information about other people or anything you do not have the right to share.

Fair use

Each email address can run one full plan every 24 hours. Do not try to get around this limit, overload the tool, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

We may link to services such as beehiiv. Some links are affiliate links, which means Charlie Page may earn a commission at no cost to you. Those sites have their own terms.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is. We do not promise any result, subscriber count, or income. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the tool or its results.

Changes

We may change or stop the tool, or update these terms, at any time.
